Refund Policy for My Awakened Love

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of coaching services, online courses, and digital products offered by My Awakened Love (owned by Energy Inspires LLC).

Please read carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Twin Flame Inner Union Self-Mastery 16-Week Program

  • Clients enrolled in the Twin Flame Inner Union Self-Mastery 16-week program at a rate of $175 per session may request a refund for any unused sessions.
  • If the client is not satisfied with the coaching services, they must email the coach at healing@myawakenedlove.com within 30 days of purchasing the program.
  • Refunds will be calculated based on the number of remaining sessions in the program.
  • The client will receive a refund for the remaining sessions not yet completed, minus a 5% processing fee.
  • For clients on a monthly payment plan, refunds for unused sessions will be calculated based on the number of paid-for sessions remaining in the program.
  • The client will receive a refund for the remaining paid-for sessions not yet completed, minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Refunds after 30 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds for unused sessions will be processed within 10 days after the client’s request to end the program. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions minus the 5% processing fee.
  • The client may reschedule a session 24 hours in advance. If the client does not reschedule 24 hours in advance, the amount paid will be forfeited.
  • If the client misses a session, the amount paid will be forfeited.
  • The client does not have the right to request a refund after the service has been fully performed.

Twin Flame Guidance Session

  • Cancellation for refund: You may cancel the session 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Post-session refunds: No refunds after the session is complete.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session 24 hours in advance. If you do not reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the amount paid will be forfeited.
  • Missed session: If you miss the session, the amount paid will be forfeited.

Online Courses

We strive to provide high-quality online courses and a great learning experience. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the terms below. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, minus a 5% processing fee.
  • The 7-day window begins on the date of purchase and ends 7 days later at 11:59 PM in the purchaser’s local time.
  • To be eligible, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content (based on completed modules/lessons tracked by our platform). If you reach exactly 20% completion, you are still eligible for the refund; once you exceed 20%, eligibility drops.
  • Completion is measured by the modules/lessons completed. If a user disputes progress, our support team will review the tracker data.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Courses delivered as part of a promotion labeled “Final Sale,” “No Refund,” or equivalent.
  • Downloads or access to course materials already granted beyond the specified refund window.
  • Any course explicitly marked as non-refundable on the product page.

Access After Refund:

  • Access to the refunded course will be revoked on the date the refund is processed or on the refund approval date, whichever occurs first.
  • Any certificates, progress tracking, or badges associated with the refunded course may be removed or deactivated.

Digital Products

My Awakened Love offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (e.g., digital journals and workbooks). Refunds are not offered after purchase. This is acknowledged before purchase on the Website.

  • You must acknowledge at checkout that digital products are non-refundable.
  • If you experience technical issues after purchasing a digital product, please email: healing@myawakenedlove.com.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase, minus the 5% processing fee.

Processing times after refund approval vary by payment provider:

    • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
    • PayPal: 3–5 business days
    • Bank transfer: 5–7 business days

You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or payment provider. If you’ve waited longer than the typical processing times, contact us at healing@myawakenedlove.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or site notification and update the effective date at the top of the policy.
