This is the Refund Policy for myawakenedlove.com.

Please read this policy carefully and let me know if you have any questions before purchasing. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Since the My Awakened Love Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, including digital journals and meditations, I do not offer refunds after these products are purchased, which you acknowledge before purchasing these products on the Website. Please ensure you’ve carefully read the product description before purchasing.

If you have any technical issues after purchasing a product, please email healing@myawakenedlove.com.

COACHING PROGRAMS

The coaching programs help guide and empower your twin flame journey. Purchasing a program shows you are willing and open to working with a coach. I ask graciously that all Clients be committed and faithful before purchasing a program.

Refunds will be provided based on the following guidelines:

    • The Client may cancel the program 24 hours before the 1st scheduled session for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
    • The Client may reschedule a session 24 hours in advance. If the Client does not reschedule 24 hours in advance, the amount paid will be forfeited.  
    • If the Client misses the session, the amount paid will be forfeited. 
    • The Client does not have the right to request a refund after the service has been fully performed.

 

MEMBERSHIP

Guidelines for Self-Love & Healing Membership refunds and cancellations: 

  • After the 1-day free trial, the credit card provided will be charged.
  • There are no refunds allowed once payment is received. 
  • The Client may cancel their subscription anytime and will no longer be charged starting the next billing cycle.
